Nice location; apartment needs cleaning and renovation
Positive: Location is great, walking distance from the beach and many places nearby. View from the balcony is nice! Main bed was large and comfortable.
Great gym! Nice cafeteria downstairs.
Negative: Bathroom need deep cleaning or even beeted, full renovation. You dont't want to know what was under the toilet rim. Weak shower drain.
Dishwasher didn't wash well. Half of the dishes remained greasy.
Curtains were a bit too narrow and didn't block all the morning light.
The sheets for the sofa bed were unclean.
